Delete your account in the app
Account deletion is available inside the latest version of Star Rewards.
Update Star Rewards first. If you cannot see the delete option, install the latest version from the App Store and try again.
How to delete your account
- Open Star Rewards and sign in as the parent.
- Open your account settings.
- Select the option to delete your account.
- Read the confirmation, acknowledge it, and confirm deletion.
What happens next
Your account enters a 30-day recovery period. Contact us during that time if you deleted it by mistake. After the recovery period, the account is permanently removed from the active service, subject to limited backup or legal retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Apple subscriptions are separate
Deleting your Star Rewards account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately from the Subscriptions section of your Apple account settings to avoid future renewal charges.
